Product Spotlight: Introducing Orange

5/6/2009
In every aspect of its design, Orange delivers great functionality, outstanding quality and specific solutions to improve life in the kitchen for everyone.

The new model, now available exclusively through Snaidero USA, offers everything that is expected of a contemporary kitchen while meeting the needs of today's spending conscious consumers.

The integrated handle is fitted on the top of the door in the base cabinets and on the side in the upper cabinets and columns. The round, ergonomic edges and the convenient height at which the handle grip is placed make it extremely easy to open doors, drawers and pull-out baskets with minimal effort.
The cabinets can be customized in both height and width to ensure optimal use of the space, whatever the type of room. Orange offers a functional mix of tall upper cabinets, columns, spacious larder units, as well as several island and peninsula layouts.

A docking station, created in partnership with Phillips and Apple, makes it easy to connect iPods, mp3 players, an LCD screen with integrated DVD player, a USB port and other technologies.

The wood used for the kitchen is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. Paints and varnishes are water-based. The carcass is made of melamine particleboard with very low formaldehyde emissions. The emission level is half the acceptable standard set by the LFE E1 European certification and conforms to the rules set by CARB (the California Air Resources Board), one of the most restrictive standards in the world.

Finally, Orange offers an optional innovative water system used to filter, cool and turn drinking water into sparkling water. It is a cost-effective, environmentally-friendly solution which eliminates the need to buy mineral water in plastic bottles that take up a lot of storage space and are difficult to dispose of after consumption.
